Two subsidiaries of Atos moving to Kalvin Square Office Building;  at the border of three districts in Budapest

The two Hungarian subsidiaries of the Atos Group, which employs nearly 110,000 employees across 71 countries, will be relocating their headquarters to the Kalvin Square Office Building starting from the spring of 2024. The crucial moment in this multi-stage selection process occurred at the end of August when  contracts were signed. Atos Hungary and Eviden Hungary Kft. will share a 760-square-meter office space on the seventh floor of the Kalvin Square Office Building, offering a panoramic view of Gellért Hill.

The tenant-side appointed designer, award-winning MádiLáncos Studio, played a significant role in finding and designing the perfect office space. The contract was facilitated by Miklós Ecsődi, Leasing Director at Colliers. The choice of Kálvin Square, which operates at near-constant full capacity, was influenced not only by the diversity of services but also by its unparalleled location for a market-leading player in digital services.

“We have completed a thorough and exciting search process that encompassed various aspects,” noted József Hernádi, CEO of Atos and Eviden. “It was crucial to find an office that not only met  changed workplace expectations but also offered good public transportation and infrastructure, while being cost-effective. Atos is a global leader in digital transformation, with a key focus on cloud, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity solutions. We were looking for an office where our colleagues would be happy to come to work, making us even more attractive in the labor market. I am delighted that Kálvin Square, with its excellent infrastructure, diverse services, and beautiful views, will be our new home.”

“It brings me great joy when a tenant chooses us after careful consideration,” expressed Dóra Papp-Vas, the Leasing Director at ConvergenCE. “It’s particularly delightful when this decision is made with the foresight of considering lease extension or potential relocation a year before the lease expiration. This serves as a powerful testament to our services, our vision, and the quality of our work.”
