ConvergenCE Secures WiredScore Certification for Two Budapest Office Properties

ConvergenCE has announced that after the ACADEMIA office building, two of its premium office buildings in Budapest, Kálvin Square and CityZen, have been awarded the internationally recognized WiredScore certification, which validates advanced digital infrastructure and future-proof technological capabilities.

The Kálvin Square property achieved the highest Platinum-level certification, while CityZen was granted a Gold-tier recognition, demonstrating the buildings’ cutting-edge technological preparedness and long-term value preservation.

“Obtaining these WiredScore certifications underscores our commitment to creating state-of-the-art, user-centric, and sustainable office environments,” said Krisztián Friman, Technical Property Manager at ConvergenCE. “We are proud to be among the first in the Hungarian market to provide our tenants with workspaces that not only meet current digital requirements but are also designed to accommodate future technological advancements, while simultaneously creating inspiring environments that enhance workplace productivity.”

The two office properties have already distinguished themselves in the Budapest real estate market through their strategic locations and premium service offerings. The 9,000-square-meter Kálvin Square, situated in the Kálvin Square area, currently operates at nearly 100% occupancy. The 12,600-square-meter CityZen, located in the heart of the Váci Road corridor, hosts prestigious tenants including Friesland, OTIS and Tech Mahindra. These certifications further solidify ConvergenCE’s position as a forward-thinking and innovative property development leader.
