During most of the year, everyone is in a hurry – rushing from meeting to meeting, from the elevator to the parking garage. In December, however, it feels even more important to slow down, look up from our screens and actually meet the people we share a building with.
Once again this year, we brought a bit of Advent atmosphere into the lobbies of our buildings – ZenGarden, ACADEMIA, Kálvin Square and CityZen. Mulled wine, Christmas sweets and a simple, welcoming setup turned these busy transit spaces into real meeting points. Instead of just passing the Christmas tree on the way to the next task, tenants paused for a few minutes to talk, laugh and catch up with neighbours from the office next door.
For us, this is what the end of the year is about: not only making sure our buildings run smoothly, but also creating moments when they fill up with conversations, familiar faces and a sense of community.
We would like to thank all our tenants for their trust and collaboration throughout the year. It was a pleasure to close the year together with a few human Advent moments. 🎄
